I had an interview once where the podcaster referred to me as a lighthouse. With the life I live, I have all the trauma I've faced; there's reasoning behind it. People want to hear it so they know they're not alone, which they're not.
In the rough seas of life, we often need a light to guide us home. They can lose themselves, like we all have. Now, more than ever, we need that light. We need to become the light for others. We have too much darkness around us and it makes it difficult to find our way.
When senseless death of children, or our loved ones, happens because of the demonic actions of another. When death makes no sense what's so ever, we need to be that light. If you see something, say something, do something. Don't wait for the next person to do it. Take five minutes out to talk to a friend. Send that text to someone that needs inspiration. Pick up that phone if you need to talk to someone. Those are just a couple of ways to be a light for others. What are some that you can think of?
